No, we take care of providing all the products and tools necessary to perform quality work.

Do you charge by hour or by job?

Cancellation Policy

We offer both methods. For the first cleaning, we typically charge by the hour, as this is a new space and we need to get to know it. Starting with the second cleaning, we can set a fixed price per job based on your budget. This price depends on the cleaning frequency and the services desired.

If you have a discount coupon, we recommend saving it and presenting it when requesting a quote.

Our priority is to perform quality work while adapting to the needs and schedules of all our clients. We also understand that any inconvenience may arise and we may be forced to postpone scheduled cleaning, so fees may apply.

Staff arrives at the location and cannot enter = 70% charge

Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice = 30% charge

Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice = 100% refund

How will I receive my quote?

You can contact us by phone or email. We will schedule an in-person appointment based on your availability. Our staff will visit the space and provide you with a quote.
